This position can be located remotely. Travel to corporate (Sioux Falls, SD) will be necessary but relocation is not.
The Senior Application Administrator will be responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, administration and maintenance for assigned applications. Work with leadership to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the department. Mentor Application Administrators. Work with System Administrators and Application Analysts to perform day to day support, administration and maintenance of production, test and development application platforms. Configure and manage application usage, data integrity and system software release levels. Work with application vendors for configuration, enhancement requests and support escalations.
Responsible for Dynamics 365 Finance and Enterprise operations including: configuration, enhancement, integration, conversion, business process enhancement and training projects. Involvement in building a variety of custom solutions, with a focus on financial forecasting, supply chain logistics and analysis models. Certification and 2 + years Dynamics Operations (AX) Financials experience required; Certification in at least one other Dynamics Operations (AX) module preferred; 2+ years Dynamics Operations (AX) implementations experience and 2+ years full lifecycle Dynamics Operations (AX) implementations (Analysis Deployment) preferred; Minimum of 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience helpful; Proficient in US GAAP and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field helpful.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field required. At least five years of application administration experience. Proven fault identification and analysis skills, critical thinking, ability to troubleshoot technologies. Operations experience supporting applications deployed in a multi-server environment.
