Job Summary

Maintain and manage systems content that is accurate, consistent and relevant, including but not limited to knowledge base and case management. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders by collecting information to define and craft message content. Identify documentation requiring updates based on impact analysis. Perform routine monitoring of system content and associated documentation. Regularly connect with leaders and subject matter experts to identify and address opportunities to create and improve content. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders) to create and maintain updated documents on a regular basis. Oversee documentation published in ServiceNow, including the review, revision, and update of necessary elements to ensure the appropriateness of the document prior to publishing (documents include but are not limited to knowledge articles, Standard Operating Procedures (job aids), Frequently Asked Questions, Process Guides, catalog items, and training content). Manage employee feedback of related content. Collaborate with Human Resources Enabling Technologies team and IT for tenant upgrades and new system technology as appropriate. Ability to develop standard customer service procedures and scripts. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong customer service focus. Strong interpersonal, relationship building and listening skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, including English usage, grammar, punctuation, and style.


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline or equivalent six years of work experience.

At least one year experience in transaction processing operations, change documentation, copy writing, change management, grant writing, communications. Experience in Healthcare and/or insurance industry preferred.
